Wishmakers On Campus®

College students can be Wishmakers, too!

Through our Wishmakers on Campus® program, college students can raise money for local children who need hope, strength and joy in their lives. By getting together with your fraternity or sorority, athletic team, honor society, student government association, community service club, dorm or group of friends, you can raise money that will make a life-changing impact in the life of a local wish child. Wishmakers On Campus is a great avenue for college students to make local wishes come true through the social power of their peers and college community.

Program Objectives

The fundraising possibilities are endless for groups such as student governments, athletic teams and Greek organizations – anything from a 5K walk/run, to a bachelor/bachelorette auction, a dance contest, or sports competition. By participating in Wishmakers on Campus, you can help bring a ray of hope for wish children diagnosed with life-threatening medical conditions.

Through the program, your group can:

  • Increase awareness of the Make-A-Wish® mission
  • Encourage community service
  • Create school spirit
  • Empower students to be actively involved in helping to grant wishes to local children
  • Provide partnership opportunities between students, school and community
  • Experience the joy of helping a child
  • Have fun planning events
